We at Rubric understand the benefit of having the right person in the right position and therefore we pride ourselves in the process of attracting, screening, and selecting qualified people for the job.

 

Our recruitment process consists of three steps:

  • The client informs us of what position and candidate that they are looking for, we will either place an advertisement or head hunt the candidate
  • We will then conduct two assessments; namely; aptitude test and a test design techniques assessments. After which should the candidate be successful we will then send the candidate to an interview with the client
  • Should the client be interested in the candidate, we perform an ITC and criminal check on each person and assist in negotiation of salaries.

This process ensures that we enable the client to recruit the best staff.
